Shipping

Holiday order cutoff Date is 12/17 for Christmas Delivery

All sales are final, and items are sold as is.

Custom and made to order pieces are final sale with no exceptions.

Shipping on all items returned for repair is the responsibility of the buyer.

All of our pieces are shipped insured and signature required with ups, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

For security and insurance purposes, the billing and shipping names must match.

Orders with mismatched information may be cancelled or delayed for verification.

Shipping is available only within the United States, international shipping is not offered.

If a delivery is missed, refused, or returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping fees to have to package reshipped.

If for any reason your item arrives damaged it is the responsibliity of the buyer to notify us within 24 hours of package delivery.
